Dear Reader,
I am writing this letter, hopeful that you may have the pleasure of working with CitroTech. I first met Steve Conboy in 2013. I was seeking a solution to harden our rough carpentry assemblies to fire and mold. I was fortunate to meet Steve, who at the time was using an earlier generation product, and the results were excellent! I lost contact after completing several projects, and as our client’s awareness of the risks of fire and mold reduced.
With the Palisades Fire ringing in the minds of those living in our area, my conversations have resumed, and we have begun installing and recommending CitroTech to our clients without reservation. The product is amazing, and Steve and his team are always ready to jump in and lend a hand.
There are many ways to harden a building against fire, yet I have not found any nearly as effective as CitroTech, so I recommend this product as the best-in-class solution to protect homes from fire. The product is affordable, nontoxic, and there is an insurance component to it that is priceless. Many, particularly in WUI zones, will not be able to obtain insurance and/or will not be able to obtain it at a reasonable price point. CitroTech is recognized by insurance underwriters since the risk of damage by fire drops dramatically.
